All window frames will be non-teak wood fitted with tinted pin head glass with teak wood shutters.

Platform, sink, green marble with 2' height glazed tiles.

Toilets :
Up to 5' height glazed tiles dadoing, common toilet IWC & attached EWC with flush tank.

Adequate power points with anchor switches with concealed copper wiring.

Painting :
All Internal walls white wash & external walls snowcem.
